Wondering how you can help?

The easiest way is to pledge someone who is participating in the walk. You can pledge Andrew or Mandy if you don't know anyone else participating, or you can participate yourself. You can download a pledge form from the Charity Walk 2010 page, and use the Contact Us page to let us know you'll be participating.

Consider getting your workplace to contribute as well. Have a casual dress day where everyone donates a twoonie for the cause. Print off one of the posters for the walk and pin it up at work, or at a local business that allows posters to be put up. Its easy.
